By accessing and using ForwardMate ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI email assistant service operated by ForwardMate. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

ForwardMate grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or provide access to the Service to third parties

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding the password and all activities under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• The content of emails you forward to our Service
• Any consequences arising from your use of the Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ForwardMate and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of the emails you forward to us. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your emails solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal.

Refund Policy:

• We offer a forever free plan for all users
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In no event shall ForwardMate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

ForwardMate uses artificial intelligence to generate draft email responses and insights. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use
• We do not guarantee the appropriateness of AI-generated responses for your specific situation
• AI responses should be treated as suggestions, not definitive advice

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, a breach of the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account closure feature in your dashboard.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ForwardMate is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction's arbitration association.
